The river offers fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking and other water sports. This place resembles a resort that is fun, relaxing and affordable where many guests return yearly for their vacation.

Downstairs garage apartment, 1 BR/1Bath/kitchen/living room opening onto the gardens of our bed and breakfast inn. Parking is within steps of the apartment's door. Ideal for one person; couple is okay; but it's not big enough for a roommate situation. We prefer one quiet, respectful tenant. Building was built in the 30's so it's vintage and unique. All utilities are connected and paid by us every month (wireless, cable, electric, gas, water, garbage) so you don't have to hook them up, just reimburse us at a current total cost of $150 for everything.
